Luminosity Ventures, LLC ("Luminosity", "we") operates Sunagi, a private, invitation-only service comprising an idea brief, an AI assistant, and a scripted meeting demonstration (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The Service is currently offered to participants located in the United States.

The short version: the Service stores your email, sign-in activity, and your acceptance of our terms — nothing else. Any coaching profile you enter is session-only and discarded when you leave. Meetings in the Service are scripted demonstrations; your microphone and camera are never accessed, and your voice and image are never captured or processed. If live meeting features are ever enabled, the Live Meeting Privacy Notice (part of the Live Meeting Addendum) will describe the additional processing, and we will flag that change prominently in the Service before it takes effect.

Information we collect

Account information

Your email address, authentication credentials, sign-in events, and your acceptance of our Terms of Use and this policy (the fact, time, and document version accepted) — used to control access to a private service, to secure it, and to maintain a record of your agreement to our terms.

Coaching profile (session only)

If you choose to enter a coaching profile — name, role, interests, background, and meeting goals, including versions refined with the AI interviewer — it exists only for your current session. It is processed to personalize the demonstration coaching and is discarded when your session ends; the Service does not store it.

Questions you ask the assistant

Text you submit to the AI assistant on the idea-brief pages is processed to generate the answer and is not used for anything else.

Cookies and operational logs

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in — no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Our infrastructure providers keep standard server logs (request metadata such as timestamps, paths, status codes, and IP addresses) for security and reliability, typically for 30–90 days. Application logs do not contain your profile text or assistant conversations.

How we use information

Only to provide and secure the Service: authenticating you, running the demonstration, personalizing it during your session with any profile you choose to enter, and diagnosing problems. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or profile you in any way beyond the session-only coaching profile you explicitly enter.

Who receives data

Subprocessors — Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication), Anthropic (AI text generation for assistant answers, session profile refinement, and demonstration coaching), and ElevenLabs (synthesis of demonstration coaching audio from scripted text). Each processes only what its function requires, and none uses your content to train their models under the terms we use them.
Authorities — if and only to the extent required by law.

Our subprocessors operate in part in the United States.

Retention

Coaching profile: session only; never stored.
Assistant questions: processed to generate the answer; not retained by the Service as a stored history.
Account data and terms-acceptance records: for the life of your account, and acceptance records for up to two years afterward for legal compliance.
Operational logs: typically 30–90 days.

The Service captures no audio or video and therefore stores none.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or close your account entirely — write to ryan@luminosity.llc and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security

Access requires authentication and traffic is encrypted in transit. Because the Service stores no meeting content and no profile, there is very little to protect beyond your account itself. No service can promise perfect security — exercise judgment about what you share.

Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the Service, contact ryan@luminosity.llc and we will delete it.

Changes and contact
